SUSTAINABILITY : GREEN BY NATURE

Every part of the Lucero Golf & Country Club community has been planned with deep respect for the natural environment. From design to daily operations, our goal is to protect the rich biodiversity of this region and allow it to thrive. Lucero homes are built on reclaimed pastureland, avoiding the need for clear-cutting and preserving the surrounding forest.

Several home designs include optional solar roofs to harness sunlight and reduce energy use. Natural rainwater collected in an onsite pond is used to irrigate the golf course, gardens, and green spaces. Throughout the property, we practice responsible erosion control and the safe, minimal use of fertilizers to protect the local ecosystem.

Looking ahead, Lucero coffee and other organically grown produce from our land will be enjoyed at the clubhouse and made available to residents. We remain committed to thoughtful development that honors the land, sustains its resources, and protects the beauty that makes Lucero so special.
